Streamline
The app is VERY useful for a team on the go but Id like to see some things streamlined:
-when I click a user name from the ticket Im working on, why cant I see their open tickets like in the desktop app?
-why does the search only work for user and not tickets? Im mostly looking for tickets
-why must I click through 4 screens to make myself the assignee? Can it just assume? Or can I have a "take ticket" option here so it can be one click?
-why cant I apply macros while editing? I have to close my edit window, apply the macro and then re-open it
Honestly its a great app but with all these updates why arent we seeing better usability?
