I would give 5 stars if it allowed you to access ticket stats/reports.
Also, the drop downs you make ALL show up as a huge list instead of ticket field drop downs. Bit of a downer if you have a lot of ticket field selections available.
Overall has been a great tool on the go when Im away from computer. Instant feedback when clients reply gets pushed so you can stay on top of your tickets.
ZenDesk also has wonderful customer service and has been great at getting our company up and running!
