Not very usable

The "Public Reply" textarea is way too small on iPad. Please make it bigger.

Excelent and very convenient

Very fluid to use in its features, unfortunately not as rich as the desktop version, I think mostly of the reporting. iPad version is even better.

Crash at launch

The app was working well at first but now it crashes right after verifying the zen desk subdomain which makes it unusable.

You really have to like the design of the new app but I do. It would be great if I could customize the views/the dashboard. eg I do not need the "recently rated" button. One big bug : the number of open Tickets on the dashboard is wrong, it does not show the open groups tickets when tapping on it. Upgraded more professional looking icon. no agerman language customization.

Ticket support from anywhere

Thanks to the app, I can check tickets from anywhere. Clear UI helps answering and assigning tickets. Great work!

If you love your ZenDesk youll love this app. Works great and it speeds things up in the field dramatically.

Mostly pointless

Moderately useful for quickly checking the support pile while on the move, but totally useless for any serious helpdesk work because it is missing too much functionality. Ironically, the Zendesk web portal automatically offers a moblie format which is signifantly more useful when one connects via iPhone, so one wonders why the nice Zendesk folks even bothered. Lets hope future releases add more of the required functionality.

Zendesk on the go

A good little app, however it is limited by the inability to add ccs when creating new tickets via the iPhone app. Also, there is no way to review ALL solved tickets, which might be required if a ticket had to be reopened. If this functionality were added I would be giving it 5 stars. Excellent do managing existing tickets though.

Decent, if you need to get work done.

I was hesitant at first to give this a try but when I was stuck away from the office it really helped me manage my tickets (and my team) while I was away. I wouldnt use this primarily, as I would still use the desktop/web app to manage my tickets, but still great to have on my phone for when I need to get something done on-the-go.

Mobile Support at its finest.

This app provides a great amount of power when Im out of the office and still need to be up-to-date on whats happening with our tickets. The ease of the app and all the views makes it a breeze to triage an inrush of tickets/update. Download the app and never be stuck at your desk doing support.
