Makes customer service cool
Zendesk is great. The stressful task of managing stressful tickets becomes as delightful as can be. It is straightforward and easy to use.
Some improvement can be made: some closed tickets show up in the unresolved section which is not intuitive. Their status cannot be changed, which makes it hard for me to "clean up" my tickets.
