Works very well for me, but the badge count is not correct

I havent had most of the issues Ive read in the other reviews here. Im able to do everything I need to do within Zendesk from this app, and my custom views and macros work just fine. Honestly, I wish the apps I used to interface with other ticketing systems were this smooth.

One thing that does drive me crazy is the badge count, which now only seems to move incrementally upward, never resetting to zero once Ive read my notifications. It doesnt affect the functionality of the app, but its sloppy, and looking at the icon and seeing 14 notifications is a little jarring :)
