Pretty good, but needs full iOS features

This app is pretty great, but it is missing some key features. As far as I can tell, there is no way to merge tickets. I end up having to login with Safari. This defeats the purpose of having a mobile app. Also, iOS 9 multitasking doesnt actually work on iPad; I cant split view.
