Mostly pointless
Moderately useful for quickly checking the support pile while on the move, but totally useless for any serious helpdesk work because it is missing too much functionality. Ironically, the Zendesk web portal automatically offers a moblie format which is signifantly more useful when one connects via iPhone, so one wonders why the nice Zendesk folks even bothered. Lets hope future releases add more of the required functionality.
