While its nice to get updates away from the office, there are issues with the app. Every ticket under my name, according to the App, is rated "Bad, Im unsatisfied" when my tickets are rated Good, or not at all in Zendesk Computer version. There is no spot in the App to report issues, nor contact Zendesk. From the App download site (AppStore) it just takes you to the regular support site for the web based version. Terrible setup for a program that is created for trouble tickets.
