Blank Screen

Every time I try to log into my account, it shows sign in at the top and there is just a white screen.

Its already a phone!

I dont understand why I cant use the phone feature of zendesk... On my phone?? It seems a pretty necessary part of the system.

Needs multi account on iPhone (already has it on iPad)

I have more than one zendesk, and its hard not to be able to use this with them all. I suppose the need for this is worse bc switching on the iPad is so nice! On the other hand, if this is my biggest problem with the app... Theyre doing plenty right.

Works well and fast

Worst application on iPad Pro

On iPad Pro its so bloated, the comment window is so small so it makes it practically unusable. Also doesnt support new iPads native keyboard so keyboard takes more than a half of the application. Zendesk site doesnt work on iPad Pro at all, when entering comments. All of the above makes it practically impossible to use Zendesk on iPad Pro. Guys come on!

Mostly happy with the app. Wish internal comments were more clearly differentiated.

I get no notifications

I get no alert when tickets come through I have to hope Im near a computer to check them manually! Very disappointed, also settings takes me to recent activity not settings!

Logging in is completely broken

If I type the username and password correctly, the buttons run an animation, but it doesnt let me in. If I type it wrong, it displays a message box, telling me my username and password is incorrect. I might be able to leave a better review if I can use the app.

Gets basics done; could b better

Gives basic functionality for applying macros to solve tickets. Many clunky aspects however (tapping in field to write reply, a drop down for public/private for instance) and bugs - clicking on settings and macros dumps you back to ticket view. The latter is unacceptable. I have to be able to update macros as an agent.

Great App & excellent companion to Zendesk

I love Zendesk for our help desk solution. It has scaled from 2 agents to 10, and works great. The app is a perfect companion and allows our team to answer tickets on the fly. Love it!!

Cant merge tickets on app :(

I would change my rating to 5/5 if you could add the ability to merge tickets on the app interface for iOS.

Below average execution

The notification counts are wrong, push notifications are inconsistent, and the views dont seem to refresh each time I open the app. For a product this established, I would expect a much more effective mobile implementation.

Zendesk is amazing for the company!

We use Zendesk for the company I work for and it is our main source of communication. I love how organized we can be as a team using Zendesk!

Best Helpdesk Solution

Zendesk helps me manage a large number of sites and people with ease. Lots of integration with other valuable tools as well. Highly recommend.

Works for a base tech

Handy for adding updates and notes "from the field" at our small college, eg when I have to fix a jack in a dorm room. (But I dont do high level stuff like process tickets with macros) Also, would be handy if there was a way to clear old responses from the home screen.

Does not sync with web console

All the items Ive completed on the web show up as unread.

Good for updates

I agree lot of things can be added to make it better and to save our time, but whatever is available I appreciate all the efforts put in by developers... Good job Zendesk and thank you for making life easier

Better than phone app but..

The iPad version is much better than the iPhone version. However, on a 12.9 iPad Pro, it does not scale correctly. If the can solve the scaling issue and not make it look pixelated, I would rate this higher.

Excellent piece of software

This app is a perfect extension of their web application.
