Solid App but missing a few things

I really enjoy using the app from my phone. It saves me a lot of time and is easy to use. It would be nice to merge tickets from the app or attach files via Dropbox. This isnt a 1 to 1 website replacement obviously but it makes life much easier.

It kinda works but Needs some TLC

Please add the same powerful search features within the app, like there are online. It really just needs some love. We need FULL iOS 9 support like universal search; multitasking capabilities; Touch ID; 3D force touch to view tickets. Its also really sloooooow. So slow, that my tickets often time out. ZD are you guys seeing this? Will you guys be coming out with a fix? Professionals cant properly use your own app b/c its really terrible. The search is almost completely random in iOS. Theres no color coded anything. You cant search by organization. You cant filter searches in any way. To make matters worse, mobile professionals cant even go online and use the actual web-based portal because its not working. Please help us guys.

iPhone app isnt great. iPad is.

The app works pretty well in most cases. Its nice to have a quick reference to things, however there are some parts that are a little difficult to use. It would be nice if the views that are set up online could be used in the app. Also I have been very anxious for the iPad pro native resolution, it would be really great if they added that. This could make it a much more useful app if they utilized the screen size better.

I have not had enough opportunity to give it a thorough check it out yet but I intend to come back to my comments and give you a better update after Month or so

Great app

It would be nice if the views on a desktop would be the same in the app then this would be 5 star rating app for now its a 4 great app please improve tho.

Helping customers on the bus

Easy enough to use that I help plenty of customers during my daily commute.

Cant even use it

It defaults to our help page sign in, rather than the agent sign in page. No way to even use this. Tried contacting Customer Service and the only option they gave me didnt work. Cant use the mobile site because the second I open a ticket, it auto zooms in to where I cant read more than 2 words on the screen. Useless site for mobile use.

This is my 2nd week of using it.

Useless for voicemail

The app does not allow you to listen to voicemails and if you try to open the ticket in the browser, it auto-zooms absolutely huge and the play button is an image, not an active button so you cant listen that way either. Disappointing

Works very well for me, but the badge count is not correct

I havent had most of the issues Ive read in the other reviews here. Im able to do everything I need to do within Zendesk from this app, and my custom views and macros work just fine. Honestly, I wish the apps I used to interface with other ticketing systems were this smooth. One thing that does drive me crazy is the badge count, which now only seems to move incrementally upward, never resetting to zero once Ive read my notifications. It doesnt affect the functionality of the app, but its sloppy, and looking at the icon and seeing 14 notifications is a little jarring :)

Great app

Love the app, I can easily help customers any where. Would love to see the Assignee option for take it as it is on line. Works so much better now that I have moved up to iOS 9.

Worked great then it didnt.

Ive used this app for years. Then I got logged out. Turns out login doesnt work so I guess that ends that.

Latest version crashes

Application allowed me to enter domain and login and thats it. Every time I try to open the application it crashes and I get kicked out to my iPhone page.

Mediocre interface. Horrible notifications

Come on guys.. Zendesk made an update and added more languages to its garbage app. The UI has not changed or been updated AT ALL yet their "Inbox" app is 100% perfect. This is still a mediocre app. Dont expect the following from the worlds largest help desk company: Vital notifications for all assigned members of a group Light agent notifications isnt even real. Group notifications arent a real. Any type of push notification unless you are directly assigned. Constant crashing and a well through out error that pops up one million times when it for some reason cant connect to zendesk (Microsoft azure) servers A child-like font and mediocre interface designed when iOS 5 was new No improvements to the usability of the app since 2011 No way to edit any user or organization fields. Or even VIEW THEM. Again: no push notifications unless directly assigned. You must assign someone else for them to get a push. Constant log outs. Its funny how our little small shop can pump out an iPhone app 20x faster than this multi million dollar company. We pay a ton of money for enterprise elite and this is what we get for our money. A garbage iPhone app. We support huge companies and this app basically does nothing for us as far as mobile support. Its a basic ticket answering app. No management. No reports (on the iPhone because guess what. Not everyone has an iPad strapped to their belt) no organization and no user and organizational fields... Why not have those but have ticket fields? Again, a true garbage app.

Excellent!

I use the iPhone app daily to answer tickets, use macros, look at my views. Excellent way to stay on top of tickets when youre not in front of the computer.

Mobile version - try it for yourself

The mobile version of zen desk is exceptional and in some ways better than desktop

Great app

Allows me to do all my work remotely and dont have to be tied to my computer!

App is useless. Crashes immediately after logging in.

Im a big fan of zendesk and relied on this app for a long time. After installing the recent update the app has ceased to work on both my iPad and on my iPhone 6. I get to the login screen and after submitting my credentials the App crashed. It is now completely useless to me until they fix it.

Still cant merge tickets... Sad.

Still no merge. Still no push alerts. Still a joke. Merging tickets is basic. And it still isnt supported. Zendesk is aware of how badly this is needed and still refuses to address the issue. They only offer excuses, no solutions. Dont bother submitting their request form. It creates a ticket, then they email you to tell you "theyll consider it". This app hasnt really been updated since fall 2011.
