UI really needs tons of work. And retina upgrade.

The app does work and it very handy when it comes to quickly communicating with your customers. Its really faster than using old web interface in certain circumstances. But there are huge issues with both iPhone and iPad versions. For starters, iPhone app ticket view is just plain horrible. You type your comment on one screen, than you "save" it and than you push the submit button which actually submits the ticket. Again, loud and clear, theres no way to post an update to a ticket from one screen, you need two screens to just post a comment. Secondly, the app just messes up with most Apple HIG terms. Itd be so much better if it didnt. And as for iPad app — its much more handy than the iPhone one, but it lacks Retina support as of august 2012. Come on, guys..

Notifications not work

No notifications on my iOS

Cant log in

Maybe bad timing? First time trying to use the app on my iPad today. I can enter my log in credentials - then get a blank screen with no options, except cancel. Another reviewer pointed to a recent update - I hope thats the problem?

Please Improve

Please improve this app to provide all the things that this sofware has in its full version. The app is terrible and it is amazing that a company focused in software for customer services gives so little atentention to its mobile app. I on the 30 days trial and I am about to choose another one because of this poor app.

Merging tickets

It would be awesome if I could merge tickets via the app. Am I missing something? Thanks

Nice app

Very good app, and it helps me manage my own tickets as well as the whole Customer Care team. If you could add the ability to merge tickets, it would get five stars from me!

Half bread is better than none

I find this app quite useful but it is not completely flexible. And by that I mean it never works when opened in landscape mode. I recently got a successful landscape functionality if opened in portrait mode. Besides that, connection can be spotty but overall a helpful app to have.

Mediocre interface.

This is like it was designed in 2003. Zendesk made an update and added more languages to its garbage app. The UI has not changed or been updated AT ALL yet their "Inbox" app is 100% perfect. This is still a mediocre app. Dont expect the following from the worlds largest help desk company: Vital notifications for all assigned members of a group Light agent notifications isnt even real. Group notifications arent a real. Any type of push notification unless you are directly assigned. Constant crashing and a well through out error that pops up one million times when it for some reason cant connect to zendesk (Microsoft azure) servers A child-like font and mediocre interface designed when iOS 5 was new No improvements to the usability of the app since 2011 No way to edit any user or organization fields. Or even VIEW THEM. Again: no push notifications unless directly assigned. You must assign someone else for them to get a push. Constant log outs. Its funny how our little small shop can pump out an iPhone app 20x faster than this multi million dollar company. We pay a ton of money for enterprise elite and this is what we get for our money. A garbage iPhone app. We support huge companies and this app basically does nothing for us as far as mobile support. Its a basic ticket answering app. No management. No reports (on the iPhone because guess what. Not everyone has an iPad strapped to their belt) no organization and no user and organizational fields... Why not have those but have ticket fields? Again, a true garbage app.
