Good applicatipn to keep track on opened tickets. Would be nice to have amore elaborate settings sections. For example i would like that solved tickets doesnt show in the list, like in the web/apps.

The app is great but it shuts down all the time in the middle of using it!!! Very hard to respond to tickets for work when the app quits unexpectedly all the time!! Please fix this!!
When replying to tickets it just hangs. I have no idea if message is actually sends the message unless I go in Zendesk on my PC and check. Cant rely on it - please fix!!! The app used to work fine.
Really need to include merge with ticket option on IPad version of software. Always have to switch to web page to do this as app does not have feature. Please please include Thank you
Last version was much more stable. This version keeps crashing each to you update a ticket. The app just closes when I click the submit button.
While its nice to get updates away from the office, there are issues with the app. Every ticket under my name, according to the App, is rated "Bad, Im unsatisfied" when my tickets are rated Good, or not at all in Zendesk Computer version. There is no spot in the App to report issues, nor contact Zendesk. From the App download site (AppStore) it just takes you to the regular support site for the web based version. Terrible setup for a program that is created for trouble tickets.

This App works great! Ties in nicely with the full desktop/browser app, mobile access to all info, notifications, just great. Cant tell you how many times I have updated/solved/closed tickets while out on the road using this app. Keep up the great work Zendesk!

Simple on the go interface for zendesk. Would be nice to see a bulk delete option or something, but works as expected.
Zendesk is a wonderful tool. But the app makes it so much easier to connect with our clients from a mobile perspective. No complaints.
App does exactly what they say it does and does it well. The app could be a little more feature rich than what it is.
The improvement of the app has helped make its use more efficient.

Without any notice. Which means I missed notifications, and had to wait until I was back home to retrieve my password. A little more quality control please. It doesnt seem like there was a good reason to inconvenience me and Im sure many others like that.
I would give 5 stars if it allowed you to access ticket stats/reports. Also, the drop downs you make ALL show up as a huge list instead of ticket field drop downs. Bit of a downer if you have a lot of ticket field selections available. Overall has been a great tool on the go when Im away from computer. Instant feedback when clients reply gets pushed so you can stay on top of your tickets. ZenDesk also has wonderful customer service and has been great at getting our company up and running!
You can work from your phone and keep customers happy :)
I can work from this app and it is fantastic. Giving it 4 stars because I would love to have reporting added in as well, but from an agent standpoint this app is leaps ahead of the competition!
The Zendesk mobile app is a great complement for the Zendesk website. Its super useful to track the status of outstanding tickets while on the road or out of office. Usability could be improved by reducing the number of clicks to update a ticket, but overall, a great tool.
Any sensible customer support agent will have an arsenal of TextExpander snippets to help them answer tickets quickly. ZenDesk supports TextExpander on the iPhone, but has omitted it on the iPad. Earlier versions DID support TE on the iPad; removing that in the current version is inexcusable.
