Good app

The app is functional and is a valuable supplement to the online interface. My only concern is the ticket counter - outstanding tickets do not refresh and every time a new ticket comes in, its added to the overall ticket count in the app icon (currently several hundred). No other concerns.

Does everything its supposed to do and more

The app is clean, intuitive and fast. Everything you can do with ZenDesk is present in the app and it hasnt presented me with any frustrations or areas where I was left wanting. Great quality.

As good as desktop

Zendesk saved us. The zendesk app makes companies look like heroes. Brining the support desk to your employees phones is awesome.

Good with room to improve.

When you finish writing a comment there should be a submit button to update the ticket, instead you click "done" then navigate somewhere else and then update the ticket status, then submit. Wayyyyy too many steps.

Amazing

My startup is starting to gain some traction and Zendesk is exactly what we need. Without Zendesk it would be impossible to scale.

We have tried many other similar options but zenDesk takes the cake! Excellent price and very scalable.

Streamline

The app is VERY useful for a team on the go but Id like to see some things streamlined: -when I click a user name from the ticket Im working on, why cant I see their open tickets like in the desktop app? -why does the search only work for user and not tickets? Im mostly looking for tickets -why must I click through 4 screens to make myself the assignee? Can it just assume? Or can I have a "take ticket" option here so it can be one click? -why cant I apply macros while editing? I have to close my edit window, apply the macro and then re-open it Honestly its a great app but with all these updates why arent we seeing better usability? Thank you!!!!

Brilliant :)

I used to rely on emails from clients for issue reporting. It was a nightmare. Clients used to re-use emails from one issue to report a new one. Disaster! Now they keep everything separate and custom views allow me to see what I want and when I want. Priceless

Pretty good

I like how easy is to add info to a ticket. Review properties, etc... Would be nice if we could see some charts as well. But all in all great app/interface.

Sets the bar so high ...

... Zendesk is surely unbeatable. Excellent platform, the app on iPad is a joy to use. You guys are killing it!

Very handy to have it to respond quickly.

Makes customer service cool

Zendesk is great. The stressful task of managing stressful tickets becomes as delightful as can be. It is straightforward and easy to use. Some improvement can be made: some closed tickets show up in the unresolved section which is not intuitive. Their status cannot be changed, which makes it hard for me to "clean up" my tickets.

Potentially a very useful app that at this stage seems woefully under-featured. There needs to be a sort function to view unsolved tickets by date - at least
