Decent app but notifications totally broken

The app badge notifications have pretty much always been completely whacked for this application. Often showing insanely high numbers when only one ticket is unread in the queue. I saw a post on their website stating they were aware of this issue last year, and its disappointing they have still not fixed this issue.

Works Great

Its a great companion to the online service.

Its just meh

The app is ok to view only most recent tickets or search specific ones, but would like a better way expand views

Cant do basic things

The most annoying thing is I cant listen to a voice mail through the app, or even logging in on my phone. I have to be at my desktop computer to do that. Very limiting.

Good for Quick Updates

Not for actually using. It crashes every time I try to open setting to update macros. Pretty much the only thing I can use it for is seeing if there are any open tickets. Any activity has to be done on the desktop version.

Stuck at sign in

After entering domain, I get a spinning circle for a sign in screen. Does the company need to enable mobile access?

Still cant merge tickets... Sad. - no update information

They cant be bothered to show what changed in the "updated" section. How is someone supposed to know what improvements were made? This company is lame, and hey dont care about their users. 10/16 8/16 Now theyre updating items and placing "bug fixes" as what they improved in the change log. The change log is to list what bugs you fixed, not just text you enter to push out an update. How can a company of this size operate so poorly? Previous review: Still no merge. Still no push alerts. Still a joke. Merging tickets is basic. And it still isnt supported. Zendesk is aware of how badly this is needed and still refuses to address the issue. They only offer excuses, no solutions. Dont bother submitting their request form. It creates a ticket, then they email you to tell you "theyll consider it". This app hasnt really been updated since fall 2011.

Please add merge feature

5 stars if the merge feature was available. Otherwise, it does what it is supposed to do- makes my job easier when I am away from my desk

Clear search

You cant clear searches, they pile up. Says there are updates on the app, never are, and cant delete comments after a ticket is closed.

No merging tickets?

I get that there is no reporting. This app is for the agent on the go. Its not for the person looking to analyze performance... do that from your laptop. Merging tickets is the most basic and necessary feature. Please add this ASAP

Terrible Support. Switching to Freshdesk

We were an Enterprise account and couldnt switch our plan or add users. Terrible support that didnt do a thing to try to keep us.

Bringing Channels Togther

I love this product. One of the real benefits is how it brings different channels into one platform. Even zopim logs in using zendesk. Highly recommended.

Great for agents

Not bad at all! With my agent hat on I can get a lot of solid functionality done here. With my admin hat on, not so much (unless I just havent dabbled enough yet).

The basics, no more

The app could use some polish. The complete lack of sorting options of search results is really annoying (and made worse by the random ordering)
