They cant be bothered to show what changed in the "updated" section. How is someone supposed to know what improvements were made? This company is lame, and hey dont care about their users. 10/16

Now theyre updating items and placing "bug fixes" as what they improved in the change log. The change log is to list what bugs you fixed, not just text you enter to push out an update. How can a company of this size operate so poorly?

Merging tickets is basic. And it still isnt supported. Zendesk is aware of how badly this is needed and still refuses to address the issue. They only offer excuses, no solutions. Dont bother submitting their request form. It creates a ticket, then they email you to tell you "theyll consider it".
This app hasnt really been updated since fall 2011.
