Zendesk App Reviews

This app is pretty great, but it is missing some key features. As far as I can tell, there is no way to merge tickets. I end up having to login with Safari. This defeats the purpose of having a mobile app. Also, iOS 9 multitasking doesnt actually work on iPad; I cant split view.

This app connects me to our support desk real well. Love the ease of use and access to our support.

Made the mistake of logging out and upgrading. Now I cant log back in because our domain uses Okta authentication. Dont see a way to downgrade the app. The app worked great for what I needed before the upgrade. 4 stars for the old app; not so many for this version.

Great potential. Mobile app a little clustey, awkward but works. Overall zen desk is a winner.
